Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. However, due to hygiene standards, used or opened accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If your order includes incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. Requests for replacements or refunds for incorrect or damaged items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accommodate such requests after 30 days or for items that exhibit wear-and-tear over time. Lost or Stolen Packages

PREP Studios is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the provided shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Should you need to update your shipping address after your order confirmation, contact us immediately at support@prepstudios.shop. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable for items returned due to incorrect address information.
