How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. Simply click on the link or visit the courier's website and enter the provided tracking number to view the current status of your shipment. Kindly allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update once dispatched.

At PREP, we believe in providing you with the knowledge and tools to achieve the perfect hairstyle. While we always recommend using our OG Claw Clips for a no-slip, pain-free, and pull-free experience, we want to share a step-by-step guide on how to best secure your hair using any claw clip.

Step 1: Bring the desired amount of hair down and behind your ears. This will help you gather your hair more easily and ensure a comfortable, secure fit.

Step 2: Using an overhand grip, use your non-dominant hand to grab the hair at the base, mid, or high part of your head, depending on where you would like the hair claw clip to eventually sit. This will help you maintain control over your hair while styling.

Step 3: With your dominant hand, twist your hair over your non-dominant hand's index finger. This twisting motion will help create a tight, secure base for your claw clip.

Step 4: Draw your index finger up along the back of your head, continuing to twist your hair around your finger as you go. This will create a neat, twisted bundle of hair that will be easy to secure with your claw clip.

Step 5: With your hair tightly twisted, clasp one of our OG Claw Clips onto the hair and release your index finger. Our clips are designed to hold your hair securely without causing pain or pulling, ensuring a comfortable, long-lasting hold.

Our hair claw clips are crafted from 100% biodegradable acetate, a sustainable material derived from wood pulp. This choice of material not only aligns with our commitment to environmental responsibility but also ensures a superior quality product. Unlike basic plastic clips, our acetate clips are much stronger, offering durability and longevity.

Are your hair claw clips water proof?

We advise that while our hair clips and acetate-based products are suitable for use on wet hair, it's best to avoid immersing them in water for prolonged durations. Please see our CARE GUIDE for further information.

Do you offer returns?

At PREP we have full confidence that you will love our products as much as we do. However, we do accept returns on new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for used or opened accessories. 'Final sale' items cannot be refunded or exchanged (unless item is deemed faulty by our team).
